Get Ready for Rock for Rehab 2011

A Benefit for Bisbee’s Verhelst Recovery House

Again, at the Turquoise Valley Country Club

It’s getting to be time again for Rock for Rehab, Bisbee’s mid-winter party to celebrate the best of our local music talent, good food, and a great auction of the best of Bisbee.

 Sunday, January 30th, 2011, at the Turquoise Valley Golf Club, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM you’re invited to hear:

 Keith Allen Dennis... Nowhere Man and a Whiskey Girl… Sean Trachtman of Train Wreck... Jim Harrelson… Dylan Charles… Dan Simonis and The West Texas Millionaires… and RockUs

 The first Rock for Rehab saved the Verhelst Recovery House from closing it’s doors, the second helped us rehab the rehab house. Now, this Third Annual Rock for Rehab has a goal of $20,000 to help us hire a Coordinator of Rehabilitation Operations to give better and broader services to our clients.

We’re coming to you now, also to remind you our monthly yard sale is a major source for funding our operations. You can drop off donations anytime at the Verhelst Recovery House on Tovreaville Road, behind the Transfer Station and next to the Bisbee Animal Shelter. Or, you can call us at 432-3764 for pick up service. Vehicles, appliances, furniture, tools, just about anything you don’t need that someone else might use. If you bring yard sale items when you come to Rock for Rehab, we’ll have our truck there.

For over forty years the Verhelst Recovery House in Bisbee has provided effective drug and alcohol rehabilitation to men throughout Southern Arizona. We’re the only organization of our type for Graham, Greenlee, Cochise or Santa Cruz Counties. We’ve helped hundreds of men find their lives and their families again. Please help us continue to help them.

 Join us on Sunday, January 30th, 2011 at the Turquoise Valley Golf Course from 11:00am to 6:00pm for a day long concert of Music, Auction Action, Food and Fun!

All proceeds are to benefit our Verhelst Recovery House. Items you may have to donate for our ongoing yard sales may be dropped off at the Verhelst Recovery House located on Tovreaville Road (next to the animal shelter) or you may call us for pick-up at 520.432.3764.
